  • 160 g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 4 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 g white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 80 g cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and grated
  • 3 g garlic, minced
  • 42 g fat-free feta
  • 3 g salt
  • Dash black pepper

Instructions

    Peel, deseed, grate, and squeeze cucumber with a cheese cloth over a sink to get as much moisture out as possible.

    Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

    Serve right away or, for best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
